We perform independent reviews and certification by a Chartered Professional Engineer of temporary works designs prepared by others (e.g., contractors, other consultants) and on site inspections of scaffolding, formwork, shoring, hoarding. This ensures designs are safe, adequate, and comply with relevant standards.
Independent Engineering Reviews & Verification
We are providing an impartial third-party review of engineering designs, calculations, reports, or methodologies prepared by others. This could be for specific critical elements of a project or for overall design compliance. relying on over 15 years of industry experience, combined with Chartered Engineer Certification (CPEng) , we are offering assurance to our clients.
Structural Adequacy Assessments & Certifications
Assessing existing structures or specific structural elements for their adequacy, often in response to proposed changes in use, loading, or for compliance purposes. This might involve reviewing existing documentation, site inspection (if feasible within the week), and calculations.
Tender submission review and assistance
